We’re on the hunt for an exceptional Senior Administrator to join our team! We have a great opportunity available to join Novus, our prison education provider at HMP Durham, working as a Senior Administrator. This role is offered on a permanent, part-time basis, working 18.5 hours per week.

Site Information: HMP Durham is a Category B men's prison located in Durham, England. The team's aim is to create an environment in which staff and prisoners feel safe, and where causes of prison stress are minimised. The prison’s mission is to provide a secure, safe, and rehabilitative environment that encourages positive change and prepares inmates for a successful reintegration into society.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience: To be successful in this role, you will need to:
- Hold or be willing to gain qualifications at level 2 in Literacy and Numeracy within agreed timescales.
- Hold or be willing to work towards a Level 2 qualification related to ICT or Business Administration or relevant industrial experience and skills.
- Demonstrate effective and efficient administration within a busy office environment.
- Maintain accurate electronic and paper-based data recording systems.
- Demonstrate good literacy and numeracy skills.
- Have excellent time management.
- Have effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have excellent customer service.
- Be up to date with IT skills.
