Skills, Qualifications and Experience

  • Hold a teaching qualification and, where applicable, a relevant subject specialist qualification, with a commitment to obtain the outstanding qualification within 12 months
  • Hold a Level 2 qualification in Literacy and Numeracy
  • Experience in creating stimulating, vibrant environments conducive to learning and motivation for learners
  • Previous track record showing achievement of quality targets
  • Successful production of accurate and timely reports
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to motivate and enthuse learners
  • Organisational skills to prioritise workload to meet deadlines and targets
