Skills, Qualifications and Experience
- Hold a teaching qualification and, where applicable, a relevant subject specialist qualification, with a commitment to obtain the outstanding qualification within 12 months
- Hold a Level 2 qualification in Literacy and Numeracy
- Experience in creating stimulating, vibrant environments conducive to learning and motivation for learners
- Previous track record showing achievement of quality targets
- Successful production of accurate and timely reports
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to motivate and enthuse learners
- Organisational skills to prioritise workload to meet deadlines and targets
