We are looking for a motivated Curriculum Manager to lead our vocational programmes across Health & Safety, Warehousing, Cleaning, Business Studies, Digital Skills, and Forklift Truck training. You will oversee high‑quality curriculum delivery, support staff performance, and ensure programmes meet industry standards and learner needs. With strong leadership and a proactive approach, you will drive continuous improvement and help learners gain the skills needed for successful employment.
This role is offered on a permanent, full‑time basis, working 37 hours per week.
HMP Moorland is located near Hatfield Woodhouse in Doncaster, South Yorkshire. It is a Category C prison that houses adult male offenders. It offers various rehabilitation and education programmes. The prison aims to create an environment in which staff and prisoners feel safe at all times. The prison’s mission is to provide a secure, safe, and rehabilitative environment that encourages positive change and prepares inmates for a successful reintegration into society.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will need to:
- Hold a teaching qualification - minimum Cert Ed or PGCE
- Hold a degree or equivalent (including equivalent life / career experience)
- Hold at least a Level 2 qualification in Literacy and Numeracy
- Be able to implement continuous quality assurance procedures
- Demonstrate a successful partnership working
- Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Have the ability to motivate and enthuse teams
- Have excellent organisational skills to prioritise workload to meet challenging deadlines and targets
- Be able to analyse trends and identify impact on curriculum
- Have excellent IT skills
