We're working with an FMCG client on this Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) Manager opportunity. This role will lead the development and delivery of its Inclusion and Diversity strategy across the business. This D&I Manager role will suit someone looking to drive change and make their mark fostering a workplace culture where everyone feels valued, respected, and empowered to perform at their best. Reporting into the Head of People, you will work closely with senior leaders, managers, and colleagues across the business to embed diversity, equity, and inclusion into all aspects of the employee lifecycle. You will champion initiatives that drive engagement, improve representation, and support a culture of belonging.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve the company's Diversity & Inclusion strategy.
- Partner with the Leadership team and HR teams to embed inclusive practices across recruitment, talent management, learning and development, and employee engagement.
- Analyse workforce data and D&I metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Design and deliver training, workshops, and awareness campaigns that promote inclusive behaviours and leadership.
- Support and develop employee networks, forums, and engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with relevant equality, diversity, and inclusion legislation and best practice.
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers and stakeholders on D&I-related matters.
- Build strong relationships across the organisation to drive cultural change and employee engagement.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a Diversity & Inclusion, HR, People, or Culture-focused role.
- Strong knowledge of D&I principles, frameworks, and employment legislation.
- Experience delivering inclusion strategies and cultural change initiatives.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- Ability to analyse data and translate insights into meaningful actions.
- Passionate about creating inclusive workplaces where all employees can thrive.
