Are you an Engineering Project Manager with a passion for manufacturing excellence and the ability to lead complex, multi-site projects? Do you thrive in complex manufacturing environments undergoing transformation and investment whilst working collaboratively with all departments?
With significant investment committed to modernising facilities and upgrading equipment, our client needs a Senior Engineering Project Manager as they gear up for a future built on quality, innovation, and engineering strength.
This role will lead a team of project managers on end-to-end capital projects for the Group.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading CAPEX projects from concept through to commissioning - including engineering and civils projects.
- Managing site upgrades, equipment installation, and process improvements.
- Ensuring engineering projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
- Working closely with operations, production, and technical teams.
- Supporting long-term investment plans aimed at expanding capacity and improving efficiency.
- Managing external contractors and engineering partners.
- Championing continuous improvement across engineering processes.
- Contributing to the safeguarding and enhancement of heritage production sites.
What experience is required:
- Proven experience in engineering project management within the FMCG, food or drink sector.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to balance hands-on project delivery with strategic planning.
- Experience managing CAPEX projects and contractor relationships.
- A natural problem solver with the ability to deliver in fast-moving environments.
- Passion for engineering excellence.
