About the Role
As Project Manager, you’ll take the lead on major capital expenditure projects, collaborating closely with Site Leads, the Engineering Management team, and external project stakeholders. Your role will involve:
- Lead and deliver complex capital projects across multiple sites – from planning to execution.
- Collaborate with Site Leads, Engineers, and external stakeholders to keep everything running on time and within budget.
- Drive improvements in mechanical engineering, production processes, and safety.
- Identify risks early, solve problems quickly, and communicate clearly every step of the way.
- Keep the Senior Leadership Team up to date with progress and financial reporting.
- Bring a strong quality focus to every stage of delivery.
- Working in collaboration with site Engineering management teams.

- Proven experience managing engineering projects in complex manufacturing environments.
- Strong engineering or operational background – ideally with expertise in plant and machinery and projects involving utilities.
