About the Role
As Project Manager, you’ll take the lead on major capital expenditure projects, collaborating closely with Site Leads, the Engineering Management team, and external project stakeholders.
Your role will involve:
- Overseeing projects from conception to completion, ensuring budgets and timelines are met.
- Driving mechanical engineering, production, and health & safety improvements.
- Proactively identifying and solving challenges along the way.
- Communicating effectively across all sites and teams, ensuring absolute clarity in project updates.
- Contributing to the overall efficiency and success of operations.
- Embedding a strong quality focus into every project and decision.
- Providing detailed reports to the Senior Leadership Team, ensuring transparency on project progress and financials.
- Working in collaboration with site Engineering management teams.
