Collaborating with production, planning, and technical teams to ensure seamless trial execution. Engaging with customers during panels and supporting product refinement and optimisation. What we\’re looking for: Proven experience in food manufacturing in process development or quality management Strong understanding of factory processes and ingredient functionality in large-scale production. Confident project manager with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and meet deadlines. Skilled in interpreting Retailer briefs and delivering viable solutions. Passionate about the food industry and a genuine interest in process and kit. Organised, proactive, and calm under pressure.
