Driving improvements in manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, consistency, and quality. Managing factory trials - coordinating materials, documentation, HACCP meetings, and signoffs. Collaborating with production, planning, and technical teams to ensure seamless trial execution. Engaging with customers during panels and supporting product refinement and optimisation. What we\'re looking for: Proven experience in food manufacturing in process development or quality management Strong understanding of factory processes and ingredient functionality in large-scale production. Confident project manager with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and meet deadlines. Skilled in interpreting Retailer briefs and delivering viable solutions.
