The responsibilities of this role are:
- Management of the production packing area.
- Open and clear communication and measurement of the KPIs in the production areas.
- Full responsibility for driving improvements in operations.
- Develop the team through training and personal development plans.
- Ensure all areas work to the current high quality and technical standards.
- Reporting to and supporting the Head of Operations.
