The business needs an Operation's Manager who has the leadership and experienced to take ownership of the production facility, be visible and in touch with the teams and give clarity to the long-term vision for the business whilst being close to the daily challenges.

It needs an organised and structured approach to ensure the day-to-day KPI's are aligned with the strategic agenda and that all the functions work collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities
Production leadership with full accountability for standards and output.
Delivering the production functions targets to plan.
Cross‑functional collaboration across Technical, Engineering, HSE and Supply Chain.
Driving service, quality and efficiency in a fast‑paced environment.
Labour control including agency labour inclusion and effective deployment.
Team development and building consistent performance.
Management of end‑to‑end from raw material intake to packing.

Production as your core discipline with strong shop‑floor presence.
