Driving process improvement and other CI initiatives to ensure consistent quality output. Ideal background: Senior Operations role in an FMCG or food business essential. Proven ability in leadership, building and developing teams in demanding manufacturing environments. A bright and enquiring mind, able to drive solutions and plan strategically. Significant experience of production management in the FMCG or food industry. A good understanding of lean manufacturing principles. Proven success in process improvement, introduction of data capture and S&OP processes. Structure and organised approach. Ideally a background in automated manufacturing processes. Previous P&L responsibility.
