With significant investment committed to modernising facilities and upgrading equipment, our client needs a Senior Engineering Project Manager as they gear up for a future built on quality, innovation, and engineering strength.
This role will lead a team of project managers on end-to-end capital projects for the Group. As Engineering Project Manager, you will play a central role in driving the next phase of operational excellence.
- Leading CAPEX projects from concept through to commissioning - including engineering and civils projects.
- Managing site upgrades, equipment installation, and process improvements.
- Ensuring engineering projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
- Supporting long-term investment plans aimed at expanding capacity and improving efficiency.
- Managing external contractors and engineering partners.
- Championing continuous improvement across engineering processes.
- Contributing to the safeguarding and enhancement of heritage production sites.
Proven experience in engineering project management within the FMCG, food or drink sector. Ability to balance hands-on project delivery with strategic planning. Experience managing CAPEX projects and contractor relationships. Passion for engineering excellence.
