Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the full end-to-end product development process.
- Be part of an established development team working on a broad mix of new product launches and product optimisation projects, gaining exposure across all functions.
- Lead product trials and oversee multiple projects to challenging deadlines.
- Engage in both strategic initiatives and day-to-day product development activity.
- Collaborate closely with Production, Engineering, Technical, and wider business teams.
- Direct engagement with customers, including supporting visits and presentations.
- Maintain full ownership across the end-to-end product development process – from initial concept through to factory launch and beyond.
