This NPD role works across the full spectrum from concept to launch, working with commercial and category teams and contributing to both own-label and branded development. Working on two retail accounts there is a great opportunity here to make your mark driving the innovation with key customers on top tier products, making a real mark in the business and supporting your own future development. It’s an excellent role if you’re looking to progress your career and want greater autonomy in shaping new product concepts.
Reporting to the Development Director, you’ll have strong support from both NPD and Category teams to help you grow and develop. The Director brings a refreshing, progressive approach, offering genuine autonomy and a mentoring style that’s hard to overlook.
You’ll need to bring solid product development expertise and the confidence to work directly with retail customers, so experience managing and developing retail accounts is essential. This role is ideal for an experienced Technologist or Product Development Manager looking to broaden their creative skills in a fast‑paced, rapidly evolving category.
