The Brand Manager role will involve:

  • Bringing fresh new ideas and innovative thinking to play a key part in driving these brands forward.
  • Delivering commercial growth through effective brand marketing campaigns.
  • Recommending marketing solutions through the process.
  • Analysing and interpreting competitor and market data for invaluable insight into the category.
  • Working in a major product category with growing brands.
  • Being commercial, intuitive, and able to get into the detail.
  • Developing internal relationships to help shape and grow the long-term strategy for the brands.

Your background:

  • Previous experience of delivering brand growth in FMCG, ideally in the food and drinks industry.
  • Experience working with brands that supply retail would be ideal.
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills demonstrated through effective data interpretation and analysis.
  • A clear and confident communicator, able to engage, influence, and present to all levels.
  • Strong team ethics, able to engage and become a trusted and respected member of the team.
  • Motivated and able to work on your own initiative.
  • A creative, ambitious approach and mindset.
