We are partnering with a dynamic food manufacturing business that is looking for a Quality Manager to join their close‑knit, supportive team. Reporting directly to the Technical Manager, this role offers variety, autonomy, and the chance to work in a truly collaborative environment where ‘one team’ is more than just a phrase, it’s how the site operates day to day. This is an excellent opportunity for someone ready to take the next step into management, overseeing a QA Technologist and working closely with Development, Production, Process and other factory teams. As the business continues to grow, there will be opportunities to develop your technical career further. Quality and customer service sit at the heart of this operation, and the business prides itself on maintaining the very highest standards for its valued customer base. This role will suit someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment and takes real ownership of food safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Quality lead from the factory floor, ensuring the highest levels of food safety, GMP and quality standards.
  • Manage and develop a small, capable QA team.
  • Work closely with Development on innovation projects and factory/process capability improvements.
  • Drive continuous improvement through an inquisitive and proactive mindset.
  • Confidently challenge where needed to maintain standards and strengthen site performance.
  • Build strong relationships across Development, Production, Process and all factory teams.

  • Strong working knowledge of QA systems and processes.
