The Brand Manager role will involve:
- Bringing fresh new ideas and innovative thinking to play a key part in driving these brands forward.
- Delivering commercial growth through effective brand marketing campaigns.
- Recommending marketing solutions through the process.
- Analysing and interpreting competitor and market data for invaluable insight into the category.
- Working in a major product category with growing brands.
- Being commercial, intuitive, and able to get into the detail.
- Developing internal relationships to help shape and grow the long-term strategy for the brands.
Your background:
- Previous experience of delivering brand growth in FMCG, ideally in the food and drinks industry.
- Experience working with brands that supply retail would be ideal.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills demonstrated through effective data interpretation and analysis.
- A clear and confident communicator, able to engage, influence, and present to all levels.
- Strong team ethics, able to engage and become a trusted and respected member of the team.
- Motivated and able to work on your own initiative.
- A creative, ambitious approach and mindset.
