Job Location: Site based covering up to 90 minutes from Warminster. Standard Hours Monday- Friday 39 hours plus out of hours on call.

This is an exciting opportunity for an Electrician to join Novus Property Solutions, Repairs and Voids division, providing high-quality electrical repair and replacement services within Social Housing properties. This role will support you, value your skills, give you stability, whilst keeping your work interesting and meaningful.

An outline of your responsibilities and experience - Electrician

  • Carrying out fault finding & responsive repairs on tenanted Social Housing properties. Works include but are not limited to replacing MCB – circuit breakers, rewires, emergency and external lighting, switches, minor installations, shower repairs and replacements, smoke alarms, extractor fans, testing, inspecting and re-certification, certificating all works.
  • Working from job tickets or a handheld device daily
  • Always delivering an outstanding service to customers with the understanding that you are working in their homes.
  • Following Novus’ exemplary Health and Safety policies and standards
  • Qualified to 18th edition and AM2, preferably NICEIC registered
  • This role will require a DBS check and a full UK driving licence is required.
