About The Programme
We will provide a 24‑month apprenticeship to work towards a Level 3 Bids & Proposals qualification and an APMP Bid Writing qualification. During the programme you will learn the importance of compiling customer‑focused bids and tender proposals to win new business. You will support the full end‑to‑end proposal process, from registering interest and coordinating activities to developing detailed responses to pre‑qualification questionnaires, bid submissions and tender documentation. The apprenticeship provides a clear progression route to a professional bid writing qualification.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Organisation and planning – Learn how managing several activities simultaneously impacts workloads across the function.
- Writing and editorial – Develop strong proofreading skills, with an eye for detail, and build confidence in writing to help compile proposal documents and maintain bid libraries.
- Stakeholder management – Build relationships with cross‑functional teams and colleagues, including participating in meetings.
- Teamwork – Work closely with experienced colleagues across Business Services, gaining practical knowledge in a collaborative team environment.
- Technology – Learn how to use our systems and technology tools to enhance team output and support bid and tender success rates.

What We’re Looking For
We are looking for motivated individuals who are eager to learn and develop their career and who want to understand how our support teams help drive success at Novus Property Solutions. Ideally, you will have GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade 4–9 / A*–C), A Levels or a Level 3 qualification (or equivalent), and basic IT skills including Microsoft Excel.
