Novus Property Solutions is seeking an Estimator or Senior Estimator in the Stoke-on-Trent area to support growth in social housing refurbishment projects.
You will work with bid and operational teams to price tenders accurately, manage supplier enquiries, and ensure competitive tender submissions.
You will produce quantities, assess material and labour requirements, and coordinate with architects, engineers and clients to define project specifications and risk.
