Location: Leighton Buzzard office but Site Based – working around Norfolk, Cambridgeshire and Bedfordshire in the first instance around St Neots. Typically working Monday to Friday, 39 hours per week.
As a Site Manager for Novus, you’ll see the impact and improvements your role delivers to customers and your team every day. This varied and challenging role offers the opportunity to work with and manage a skilled professional trade team in a secure environment with long-term contracts and the opportunity to grow and learn.
Along with utilising your Site Management skills in social housing and internal and external planned refurbishment works, you’ll look for ways to add real social value to the communities and customers you work with. You’ll be supported by peers, team and management to solve problems and trusted to make decisions to grow and develop relationships and revenue.
You’ll ensure the smooth running of multiple designated sites, ensuring all site personnel carry out their tasks efficiently and effectively to enable the contract to be completed on time, with zero defects, within budget and with no risk to Health & Safety of their operational team, the Client or the general public.
