This is an exciting opportunity for a Multi Trade Operative to join Novus Property Solutions within our repairs division, providing high-quality refurbishment of VOIDS – empty properties within Social Housing in the Lancashire region. Job Location: Lancashire area.

Responsibilities and Experience
- Multi‑skilled tradesperson with experience in full‑scope refurbishments on vacant social housing properties; ideal candidates hold a joinery qualification or have a strong plumbing background.
- Refurbishing kitchens and bathrooms, flooring installation, minor tiling, patch plastering, door hanging, and replacement of doors and windows.
- Work daily from job tickets or a handheld device, using a live shared system to manage and update tasks.
- Manage your own day and workload effectively to meet company targets.
- Deliver outstanding service to customers, understanding that you work in their homes.
- Follow Novus’ exemplary health and safety policies and standards.
- Ideally hold a trade qualification and have the ability to work across multiple trades within live occupied tenanted properties.
- Requires a DBS check and a full UK driving licence.
