Novus Property Solutions is seeking a Contract Liaison Officer to support site or contract communications between customers, clients, and the community. You will drive social value initiatives and deliver excellent customer service across planned refurbishment works in social housing, including kitchens, bathrooms, windows, and roofing projects.
You will act as the voice of the contract on site, coordinate information, visit client sites, handle enquiries, and promote the company’s initiatives.
