Novus Property Solutions is seeking a Head of Bid Management, a senior role leading the bid and work-winning strategy across social housing, healthcare, education and hotels. You will coordinate end-to-end bid processes and work with a Business Development and Estimating team to deliver winning submissions.
Reporting to the Business Development Director, you will own the end-to-end bid process, identify win plans, coordinate resources, manage the bid team's workload, and drive improvements.
