Location: Site based covering Edinburgh, Dundee, Fife and surrounding areas. Standard Hours Monday- Friday 40 hours plus out of hours on call.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Multi Trade Operative to join Novus Property Solutions, Responsive Repairs division, providing high-quality plumbing repairs and replacement services within Social Housing tenanted properties. This role will support you, value your skills, give you stability, whilst keeping your work interesting and meaningful.

An outline of your responsibilities and experience:
- Applications are welcome from experienced candidates that have a Multi Trade Operative background, plumbing/joinery experience essential.
- The works include the repairs or replacement of various Sanitaryware items including toilets, baths, shower trays, basins, taps
- Pipework installation and repair, soil stacks and domestic drainage
- Basic joinery repairs, windows, doors, kitchens, painting & patch plastering is desirable.
- Working in tenanted properties on responsive repairs.
- Social Housing experience is essential.
- Working from job tickets or a handheld device on a daily basis linked to a live shared system.
- Trusted to manage your own day and workload effectively
- Always delivering an outstanding service to customers with the understanding that you are working in their homes
- Following Novus’ exemplary Health and Safety policies and standards
- NVQ Level 2/3 Plumbing or Joinery
- Full UK driving license is required.
- The role will also require a DBS check to be completed
