This is an exciting opportunity for a Multi Trade Operative to join Novus Property Solutions, Responsive Repairs division, providing high-quality plumbing repairs and replacement services within Social Housing tenanted properties.

Responsibilities
- Repairs or replacement of various Sanitaryware items including toilets, baths, shower trays, basins, taps.
- Pipework installation and repair, soil stacks and domestic drainage.
- Basic joinery repairs, windows, doors, kitchens, painting & patch plastering is desirable.
- Working in tenanted properties on responsive repairs.
- Working from job tickets or a handheld device on a daily basis linked to a live shared system.
- Trusted to manage your own day and workload effectively.
- Always delivering an outstanding service to customers with the understanding that you are working in their homes.
- Following Novus’ exemplary Health and Safety policies and standards.
Qualifications
- NVQ Level 2/3 Plumbing or Joinery.
- Full UK driving license is required.
- DBS check required.
