Join our team as a Regional Supply Chain Manager working closely with Operations, Bid and Estimating teams to build and manage a high-performing supply chain supporting refurbishment and construction projects across key sectors including education, healthcare, hotels and student accommodation. Much of our work takes place in live operational environments, where safety, speed, quality and reliability are critical.
The Regional Supply Chain Manager will develop and manage regional supply chain capability to support the delivery of refurbishment and construction programmes across our core sectors. The role will ensure the business has the right subcontractors and suppliers in place to support project delivery, maximise commercial value and maintain high performance across our projects. Our hybrid model allows you to work from home while also being out in the business several times a week to engage suppliers and strengthen regional coverage.

Responsibilities:
- Developing and delivering local and national supply chain strategies that support business plans, margin delivery and category objectives.
- Managing supplier and subcontractor relationships across key construction trades supporting refurbishment and construction works.
- Coordinating the timely review of supplier price changes and assessing requests.
- Maintaining a balanced and resilient supply base.
- Supporting the delivery of rebate and commercial value programmes.
- Keeping up to date with market conditions and identifying opportunities for innovation.
- Working with Operations and the wider Supply Chain team on improvement projects.
- Producing clear documentation, performance information and reports.
- Ensuring all activity complies with supply chain processes, procedures and Health & Safety requirements.
About You:
- Experience in supply chain or procurement roles within the construction and refurbishment sector.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to work confidently with pricing and supplier performance data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive approach, comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
- A valid driving licence is required.
