Location: Site based, properties within the Bournemouth and Dorset region.
Standard Hours: Monday - Friday 39 hours plus on-call out of hours.
This role is for a Multi Trade Plaster to join Novus Property Solutions, Responsive Repairs and minor works division, providing high-quality repairs and replacement services within social housing tenanted properties. This role will support you, value your skills, give you stability, whilst keeping your work interesting and meaningful.
Responsibilities
- Work from job tickets or a handheld device on a daily basis linked to a live shared system.
- Manage your own day and workload effectively, delivering an outstanding service to customers in their homes.
- Follow Novus’ Health and Safety policies and standards.
- Carry out plastering work (patch plastering to full room plastering) and support other minor repair works as needed.
- Support broader repairs: basic plumbing, joinery, tiling, floor laying, mould and damp treatment.
- Work in social housing tenanted properties on general repairs maintenance.
- Collaborate with a planning team to schedule jobs and reduce travel time.
Qualifications
- NVQ Level 2/3 in Joinery.
- Full UK driving license is required.
- A DBS check will be completed for the role.
- Social housing experience is essential.
