Location: South Brent office - Typically working Monday to Friday 37.5 hours - Hybrid working.

As a Contracts Coordinator for Novus, you’ll get to see the impact and improvements your role delivers to your customers and team every day – taking your job satisfaction to whole new levels. This varied and challenging role offers you the opportunity to work with a skilled and professional team, in a secure environment with long-term contracts and the opportunity to grow and learn. With responsibility for coordination of all administration for the contract, compliance coordination for multiple work streams will be key. Ensuring site teams, sub-contractors, internal teams and the client are working collaboratively and efficiently. The successful candidate will ideally have knowledge of retrofit delivery. Along with utilising your contracts coordination skills, you’ll also be looking for ways to add real social value to the communities and customers you work with. Supported by your peers, team, and management to solve problems and trusted to make decisions to grow and develop relationships and revenue.

An outline of your responsibility as a Contracts Coordinator:

  • Co-ordinate, track and collate all compliance evidence for the Lodgement team
  • Liaising with sub-contractors/site managers to ensure all documentation is received in a timely manner to meet SHDF deadlines, setting agreed parameters upfront where possible
  • Supporting with forecasting and allocation of work to the team
  • Updating contract KPI's
  • Completing weekly project updates (utilising information from site managers)
  • Confirming completions with the Commercial Team to aid invoicing
  • Liaising with key suppliers and creating survey schedules
  • Creating client reports
  • Measuring performance and assisting with forecasting
  • Using Client Procurement Portals
  • Managing and updating retrofit works on Oneserve

About You:

As an experienced Contracts Coordinator, you will ideally have the experience of working with retrofit refurbishment contracts within a social housing environment. This is a new role to the team so this is a great opportunity for someone with excellent IT skills to make a difference. Our preferred candidate will be experienced, knowledgeable, a self-starter who is focused on delivery and able to communicate well with the team to ensure everything runs smoothly.
