Senior Quantity Surveyor

Based : Burton; hybrid working between the office, site and some home working. Within our Social Housing Planned refurbishment works programs and some projects, such as roofing and kitchen, and bathroom refits you will work both from home/office and on site, managing, supporting and developing the team collaboratively in an environment that is inclusive and fair for everyone. Leading a small team of commercially focused colleagues to ensure we obtain and evaluate information to guarantee a realistic cost for the supply of works, goods, materials, and services for designated Refurbishment Projects. Whilst liaising with Contractors, Suppliers and Clients to ensure information, costs, profitability and value meet the requirements of designated project/contracts.
