An outline of your responsibilities and experience:
- Applications are welcome from experienced candidates that have a Multi Trade Operative background, joinery experience essential.
- The works include various enabling works prior to the commencement of Retrofit works – loft boarding or walk ways, loft hatch alterations, airing cupboard construction.
- Prior to commencement of the retrofit works, it must be ensured that all internal doors have a 10 mm clearance gap.
- Prepared to support with some labouring duties including clearing loft spaces, supporting Site teams as and when required.
- Receiving and allocation of materials – adhoc.
- Working in tenanted properties – Social Housing experience is essential.
- Working from job tickets or a handheld device on a daily basis linked to a live shared system.
- Trusted to manage your own day and workload effectively.
- Always delivering an outstanding service to customers with the understanding that you are working in their homes.
- Following Novus’ exemplary Health and Safety policies and standards.
- Full UK driving license is required.
- The role will also require a DBS check to be completed.
