Novus Property Solutions is seeking a Contracts Manager (Retrofit) to lead a small team delivering retrofit works within social housing, including solar panels, ventilation, insulation, and windows/doors.

You will manage contracts to programme, budget and safety standards while collaborating with clients.

The role requires experience in retrofit/planned works, PAS 2030/2035 knowledge, and a Full UK driving licence.

SMSTS/First Aid or NVQ are preferred, with the ability to renew if expired.
