Responsibilities:
- Previous experience working as a dedicated domestic plumber, including replacing sanitaryware, toilets, baths, shower trays, basins, refurbishment of shower heads and taps, and repairs of watermains supplies, soil stacks and drainage – ideally within social housing, tenanted properties
- Maintenance and repair of hot water systems, cold water storage tank maintenance and renewal
- Responsive repairs call‑out on domestic properties – assessment of works required, identifying solutions and carrying out repairs
- Working from job tickets or a handheld device daily, trusted to manage your own day and workload effectively
- Always delivering an outstanding service to customers with the understanding that you are working in their homes
- Following Novus’ exemplary Health and Safety policies and standards
Qualifications:
- Qualified to NVQ Level 2 Plumbing
- A full UK driving licence is essential
- This role requires a DBS check
