Location: Site based, properties working around Dorset, Hampshire and Wiltshire regions. Standard Hours Monday- Friday 39 hours plus out of hours on call.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Multi Trade Plasterer to join Novus Property Solutions, Responsive Repairs and minor works division, providing high-quality repairs and replacement services within Social Housing tenanted properties. This role will support you, value your skills, give you stability, whilst keeping your work interesting and meaningful.

An outline of your responsibilities and experience
- Applications are welcome from experienced candidates that have a Multi Trade Plastering background, with Plastering as your trade but with the ability to support other minor repair works.
- Plastering can be minor patch plastering to full room plastering as required
- Social Housing experience is essential as you will be working in tenanted properties on general repairs maintenance.
- Basic Plumbing, Joinery, tiling, floor laying, mould and damp treatment is desirable to support the wider repairs
- Working from job tickets or a handheld device on a daily basis linked to a live shared system.
- Trusted to manage your own day and workload effectively
- Always delivering an outstanding service to customers with the understanding that you are working in their homes
- Following Novus’ exemplary Health and Safety policies and standards
- Full UK driving license is required.
- The role will also require a DBS check to be completed
