You will guide a team of QSs, manage CVR, forecasting and cash flow, and ensure project profitability on occupied housing refurbishments.
You will liaise with clients, suppliers and operations to resolve commercial matters, manage risk and drive value across multiple contracts. A DBS check may be required.
