The predicted salary is between 40000 - 50000 £ per year.

Location: Wrexham office (sites around North Shropshire, Wrexham to Ludlow). Monday to Friday, 39 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure smooth running of multiple designated sites; manage site personnel tasks to meet contract completion on time, within budget, zero defects, and no health and safety risks.
  • Manage site teams, including selection and formation of personnel and subcontractors.
  • Collate all pre‑construction information such as packs and asbestos surveys.
  • Ensure all contract documentation and reports are accurate and produced on time with the Contracts Manager.
  • Identify site hazards and implement risk assessments and control methods in the Construction Phase Health & Safety plan.
  • Ensure site work complies with legal and statutory requirements, including Health, Safety and Welfare.
  • Assist with preparation of estimates, bids and tenders in partnership with the Contracts Manager.
  • Create, manage and report on projects with multiple, live site locations using a master programme.
  • Drive decisions to grow and develop relationships and revenue, supported by peers, team and management.
  • Lead workstreams such as kitchen and bathroom replacements, aids and adaptations, window/door, electrical and heating upgrades.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in planned refurbishment works within social housing/tenanted properties.
  • Good working knowledge of kitchen and bathroom refurbishments and disability adaptations.
  • Commercial awareness, ensuring costs meet budget requirements.
  • Full UK driving licence for daily site travel.
  • SMSTS or an equivalent NVQ qualification.
  • Strong IT skills and proficiency in MS Office.
