Responsibilities
- The works include the repairs or replacement of various Sanitaryware items including toilets, baths, shower trays, basins, taps.
- Pipework installation and repair, repairs to watermain supplies, soil stacks and domestic drainage.
- Maintenance and repair of hot water systems, cold water storage tanks maintenance and renewal.
- Basic joinery repairs, windows, doors, kitchens, flooring tiling & patch plastering, mould and damp treatment is desirable.
- Working in tenanted properties on general maintenance.
- Social Housing experience is essential.
- Working from job tickets or a handheld device on a daily basis linked to a live shared system.
- Trusted to manage your own day and workload effectively.
- Always delivering an outstanding service to customers with the understanding that you are working in their homes.
- Following Novus' exemplary Health and Safety policies and standards.
Qualifications
- NVQ Level 2/3 Plumbing.
- Full UK driving license is required.
- The role will also require a DBS check to be completed.
