Novus Property Solutions Limited is seeking a Helpdesk Planner to coordinate reactive repairs within our social housing framework in Warrington.

You will input repair requests using Oneserve, schedule trades and liaise with clients, managers and operatives to keep contracts on track.

You’ll work in a fast-paced planning environment, developing IT fluency, monitoring dashboards, and ensuring timely completion of jobs while delivering excellent customer service and community impact.
