Responsibilities and Experience
- Repair or replace windows and doors.
- Refurbish kitchens, lay vinyl flooring, and perform tiling.
- Patch plastering and basic plumbing repairs (toilets, baths, shower trays, basins, taps).
- Install and repair pipework, soil stacks and domestic drainage.
- Work in tenanted properties on responsive repairs.
- Use job tickets or a handheld device linked to a live shared system.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 2/3 Joinery (or equivalent).
- Full UK driving licence.
- DBS check.
- Experience as a Multi-Trade Operative with joinery skills.
- Social housing experience is essential.
- Disability Confident friendly environment.
