Novus Integration is an independent Building Energy Management Systems (BEMS) business with extensive expertise in delivering projects, maintenance, and support for heating, ventilation, refrigeration, and air conditioning systems. We provide tailored solutions for a range of settings, from single sites to large enterprise-level networks across the UK.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the South of the UK for a BEMS Commissioning Engineer. Responsibilities include commissioning, configuring, testing, and maintaining BEMS systems. The Commissioning Engineer will collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members to deliver reliable and effective solutions for building energy management.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in programming, configuring, and commissioning Building Management Systems, including experience with heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and maintenance skills for BEMS systems and related technologies.
- Knowledge of Trend IQ3-IQ5, Tridium Technologies and relevant communication protocols.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with clients, contractors, and team members.
- Minimum of 5 years experience servicing/commissioning Building Management Systems.
- Relevant certifications or training within BEMS, controls engineering, or building systems would be advantageous.
- A solid understanding of energy management and sustainable building practices is a plus.
