We are looking for a full time Patient Services Administrator to join our dedicated Patient Services Team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring every patient receives a positive, seamless experience regardless of whether that is answering calls, coordinating appointments, supporting reception, or helping patients navigate their care journey. This is a rewarding role combining communication and administration within a supportive and collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handling incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism and empathy, providing clear information and resolving queries.
  • Booking and amending appointments accurately across all Novus Health services.
  • Updating systems with precision, ensuring confidentiality and GDPR compliance.
  • Responding to emails in shared and personal inboxes, ensuring timely, supportive, and accurate communication.
  • Providing occasional cover for reception, assisting with referral processing, and helping with general administrative tasks to ensure smooth service delivery.

The ideal candidate will be friendly, organised, and confident communicating with the public. They will enjoy helping people, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and be committed to delivering high quality, compassionate service. This is a 37.5 hours per week vacancy with a rolling rota of 08:00 – 16:00, 09:00 – 17:00 and 10:00 – 18:00.
