We are seeking a Part-Time English Teacher for a fixed-term, 12-month maternity cover position in our education department within HMYOI Thorn Cross. This on-site role involves planning, delivering, and assessing engaging English lessons tailored to the unique needs of learners. In this capacity, you will work collaboratively with other educators and staff, provide individualized support, and foster a positive learning environment to help learners achieve their potential and develop essential language skills.
Qualifications:- Strong teaching skills, with experience delivering English lessons to diverse learners.
- Ability to design engaging lesson plans and adapt teaching methods to varied learning styles.
- Proficiency in assessment and feedback methodologies to track learner progress.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with learners and colleagues.
