This role focuses on project controls, budgeting, forecasting, resource management, and risk mitigation to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with client requirements, budget, and quality standards.
- Oversee project forecasting, budgeting, and cost control, tracking manhours and resource allocation.
- Manage risks, identify variances, and implement corrective strategies.
- Act as the primary client contact, ensuring strong stakeholder engagement and clear communication.
- Develop and maintain project schedules using tools like MS Project or Primavera.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards and drive QHSE best practices.
- Oversee procurement, contract management, and vendor performance.
