Based: Canvey Island Essex and Cranleigh, Surrey
As a Field Care Supervisor you’ll motivate and develop carers, providing all of the coaching, direction, supervision and advice they need to maintain the very highest quality standards. You’ll get to know customers and their families too, as well as co‑coordinate care packages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce, review and update care plans
- Building relationships with clients and their families
- Monthly medication audits
- Liaise with other health care professionals
- Support the day‑to‑day running of the branch
- Attend internal meetings
Who we’re looking for:
- Minimum of at least 6 months Senior Care experience
- Due to the nature of the job, driving is essential for this role
- Have a passion for caring and motivation to make a difference
- A professional manner and real enthusiasm for the delivery of care
- Reliability, flexibility, hard work and honesty
- Exceptional organisational skills and ability to multi‑task
- Adapt quickly to emergency situations and make changes as necessary
- Ability to work as a key part of a team offering support to others
- The ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
