Are you organised, proactive and passionate about delivering high-quality care? We’re looking for a dedicated Domiciliary Care Co-ordinator to join our team at our Wickford office. This is a key role within the business, working closely with the Registered Manager, care staff and service users to ensure safe, effective and person-centred care is delivered at all times.
The Role Includes:
- Allocating care staff to service users based on individual needs
- Managing rotas and ensuring adequate cover
- Monitoring mileage, timesheets and electronic call systems
- Supporting care workers through induction and development
- Liaising with service users, families and professionals
- Assisting with recruitment, training and business growth
- Participating in the on-call rota
- Ensuring compliance with CQC standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in domiciliary care
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (desirable)
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage emergencies and problem-solve
- Confident using computerised systems
- A supportive team player with a professional approach
- Must be a driver with access to a car
