- Monitor and patrol premises to ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, and property.
- Respond promptly to security incidents, alarms, or emergencies, and take appropriate action.
- Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify and report any safety hazards or security breaches.
- Maintain a visible security presence to deter unauthorized activity and reassure guests and staff.
- Liaise with local law enforcement or emergency services when necessary.
- Monitor security cameras, alarms, and other surveillance equipment to detect and respond to suspicious activities.
- Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and any unusual occurrences.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the appropriate departments for resolution.
- Communicate effectively with management and team members to coordinate security efforts.
- Deter and spot shoplifters through floor patrols and active monitoring.
You must be committed and willing to work on both scheduled and emergency duties. You must be an excellent timekeeper and experienced in the security industry.
To be eligible, you must have a valid SIA Licence and the right to work in the UK (Own vehicle preferred & could be handy for traveling).
