As an FP&A Analyst you'll support our financial health and growth by performing budgeting, forecasting and analytical activities. You'll collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate financial projections, analyse trends and identify growth opportunities. You'll assist with the preparation of profitability of products and customers presenting the results to the management community including providing recommendations for change and constructive input to decision making.
Some of your key duties will include:
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts and monthly financial outlooks
- Developing, maintaining and updating financial models to project company performance
- Providing financial insight for new business initiatives, cost saving projects and revenue generation strategies
- Generating monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports and KPIs to monitor the company's health
To be considered for this role you'll be CIMA (or equivalent) qualified / part qualified with a good understanding of accounting principles and have experience of developing financial models with a clear understanding of drivers. Also, we're looking for the following:
- Intermediate to advanced level Microsoft Excel skills
- Ability to provide insight from large volumes of data and statistics
- The confidence and professionalism to work with, and present to, our senior leadership team
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
