What you'll do.

You'll lead a team of circa 11 Downtime Controllers who support customers with vehicle downtime, working closely with our garage network to ensure repairs to light commercial vehicles (LCVs) are completed efficiently, cost-effectively and with minimal disruption.

You'll be responsible for driving team performance, coaching and developing your people, and acting as an escalation point for more complex downtime cases.

Working collaboratively across the business, you'll help deliver an outstanding customer experience while identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working.

  • Supporting your team with escalated vehicle downtime and repair queries.

What you'll bring.

You’ll have a background in fleet, automotive or vehicle maintenance and enjoy leading, coaching and supporting others to achieve great results.

Whether you're currently a Team Leader, Supervisor or Manager, you'll be confident motivating people, making decisions and delivering an excellent service for customers.

You'll ideally have knowledge of light commercial vehicles (LCVs) and an understanding of vehicle downtime (VOR), with the confidence to support your team when more complex queries arise.
