What You'll Do.

Reporting into our Data and Configuration Manager, you'll lead our Data and Configuration Team, providing direction, support and development while ensuring the smooth running of daily operations. You'll play a key role in empowering your team to deliver high-quality outcomes, recognising success and creating a positive environment where people can perform at their best.

Alongside leading and developing the team, you'll maintain oversight of operational activity, ensuring customer and supplier data, vehicle data, products and services are accurately managed within our core systems. You'll develop a strong understanding of team responsibilities and processes, enabling you to identify opportunities for improvement, manage priorities effectively and support the wider business.

• Lead, support and manage team performance, fostering a high-performing culture
• Ensure processes, controls and compliance standards are consistently followed to achieve KPIs within agreed service levels
• Oversee the management of team workloads and inbox queries, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions
• Deliver effective coaching, training and leadership to support continuous learning and development
• Leverage your industry knowledge to identify opportunities for process improvement, challenge existing ways of working and enhance business outcomes

What you'll bring.

You'll bring strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to understand both the operational detail and wider business impact of your team's work. Confident working with data and systems, you'll use your analytical thinking and Excel skills to make informed decisions and drive positive outcomes.

• Are highly organised with a strong operational focus
• Have excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Can effectively manage workflows and competing priorities
